Well we all had a great time, the 140th were great folks to fall in with as usual. It was nice to meet Greg. I think the best part of the event for us was the authentic camp, and having our own event within the event. Battle was not too bad, firing distances were kept far enough away, no one ever got too close and that is not typical at the local events, thus it was a pleasing surprise. Nice period buildings, but the loud speakers and music took away from the setting. I think the event has huge potential if we can continue to grow it, and keep getting more and more authentic minded to attend. All in all, I'd go again. See you at Mumford. Here is a pic of the 49th/140th/149th camp.

Enjoying some mid-day shade.
